Late this morning, set off on an eco-certified day tour to explore the natural wonders of Eungella National Park. Spanning over 51,700 hectares, Eungella is Australia’s longest stretch of  subtropical rainforest and has remained ecologically unique due to its thousands of years of isolation. This ancient landscape is one of the very few places in Australia where you can spot the elusive platypus in the wild.

Enjoy a leisurely start to the day. This afternoon, cruise to beautiful Whitehaven Beach on Whitsunday Island. Journey across the beautiful Whitsunday passage and take in the hidden bays dotted throughout this tropical paradise. Spend time swimming in the crystal-clear water or just relax on the pure white silica sand beach.

Today is free to explore the beautiful Whitsundays. You might like to spend the day on Hamilton Island or cruise to the Great Barrier Reef (see optional tour below).
 

Check out of your accommodation this morning. Spend the day relaxing by the resort or do some last-minute souvenir shopping. In the late afternoon, transfer to Proserpine by RailBus connection for your overnight journey on board Spirit of Queensland to Brisbane.
